The common theme is that all these movies are doing something different and innovative. These are show ideas that are experimental in their nature, perhaps featuring constraints, a unique way to go about creation, or any other aspect that makes them unlike anything else on television. They may or may not work, but they are pushing the envelope.

Animalia — Footage is shot of animals in various environments, and later, with writers and voice actors, a story is created.
The Downward Viral — Several video-loving friends find themselves in a video playroom in an alternate dimension, and the only way to get back to their own world is to find a video that exists from it.
Tripping the Light Fantastic — A silent show completely set to music.
Features in Twelve — Twelve minute versions of famous movies.
Literally — Scenes from novels recreated for the screen.
The Giant Giant — A show made to look and resemble a B movie in every way
Redo — A show that tries to restart with a new pilot for every episode
The Constraint — A show where every episode features some sort of constraint
